You can't go wrong with this product if your hair is thirsty. It is heavy and therefore only suitable for certain hair types. I use it as a leave-in conditioner after washing my hair. Take a dime-sized amount or less and spread it all over my curls (but not my scalp) when my hair is already damp. I just squeeze out the excess water and it locks in the moisture. One of these will probably last 2 years considering how little I have to use since it's so heavy. My curls are fine, so I wouldn't recommend using it for a leave-in conditioner without dilution, and I wouldn't use it more than once. a week as a normal conditioner. But it's all about me and my beautiful curls. You can't bear the weight.
