I received my first bag, I really liked it. great bags, very cute, love the blue color and got a lot of compliments. A week later one of the straps broke. I contacted Revain immediately for a free replacement. Received a replacement today and apparently it has EXACTLY THE SAME tape stuck to it - so it was either used, previously defective and attempted to be repaired, or its workmanship is pathetic. I'm soooo disappointed as I really like the look of this wallet. I've made two attempts and both failed in the same place! The pictures tell the story - as you can see in the first picture of the first wallet: those two ends are not long enough to stay in the holes of the wallet and in the 2nd and 3rd pictures the replacement is clearly superglue or something in there in the same spot where there was a dip on the first one and the whole handle is covered in superglue!
