So many things that I don't like (yet?). Maybe my husband can help. I don't like that there are two pillars. So the screws to look at and I can't tighten them enough. The shelving assembly went well. at the base is a bear. I literally ripped off a screw and tool. So I can't get in or out. If I had known this I would have bought my own screws to drill with. Don't assume that the pre-drilled holes are deep enough that screwing will just stop. My hands couldn't do that. Very upset about all this at the moment. I hope my husband has a way to take them off and tighten the rest too. UPDATE: I HATE this thing! I can't make it stable no matter what I do. I'm so mad I spent so much money on this junk.
