Pros: I sit in the corner of a fairly large office and people like to sneak up on me. It basically prevents it. The rear view is excellent, so to speak. Cons: The two small grommets that hold the bead in place when you tighten it to the mirror itself broke when I made my first adjustment. They are extremely thin. However, I've smeared them with super glue and they work great.
