Worked well for about 2 years. The cord sometimes retracted, sometimes not. The thicker base used to hold the cord makes the iron large and unwieldy. Sometimes it "drips" onto my fabric. As a result, after 3 years he stopped working altogether. No matter what I did, it wouldn't start.
