Three cameras work. Great pictures on a 12 inch monitor. Integrated HD. I can't connect to my phone. A camera made a clicking noise at the connector. Camera not working. You called twice. They promised a new camera and a link to a password to connect to the phone. You receive a call from China for support. Very polite but do nothing. She said she needed to speak to the manager. I only spoke two days ago but I never received a link to connect over the phone. I keep an eye on the new camera. Update, still unsatisfactory. 10 days after writing this review. You can't call them before 5pm. PST. This is 8pm EST. Nobody answered. 4 times. Call back in a few hours and leave a voicemail. You will never be able to understand what they are saying. Write to us at the always garbled address. I left them several messages asking them to just send me a backup camera and a link to connect to my phone. They want to continue this cat-and-mouse game.
