SUSULU velvet scrunchies are great value for money. I have a dozen and the elastic inside is thick and less stretchy than my goody or stunci brand hair tie. Velvet has a semi-soft, less soft, and less thin texture compared to Lululemon and Target Velvet hair ties, which cost $3 to $8 each. I wanted small hair ties and they match the description so measure carefully. The ears are detachable as they are tied by hand. The wire is sharp and slides out easily (on its own), so I removed all wires for safety. I prefer the Target velvet scrunchies, but they're sold out. These SUSULU hair ties have a chemical smell of gasoline, so I will wash them before use. I want them to be pair colors. Velvet has a fine ribbed texture and sheen. My Target Scrunchie is same size unstructured velvet velor and matte plush so soft with more stretch in the scrunchie. Packed in a clear plastic bag and in a hard mesh drawstring gift pouch.
