Generally reliable product. I bought this mainly to cover the power button on the top of the books which is on the side of the computer and always bumps. This caused my computer to spin when I was traveling with it in my backpack. Chance intervened. It also creates good space between the screen and the keyboard when it's closed. The quality is stable, I use it / travel with it for several months without any quality problems or damage to the case. sometimes for a little annoyance, but worth it lest the laptop turn my backpack into a volcano by accidentally turning it on.
