I was happy to find the BRILA online store, since it claimed to provide a wide variety of office supplies and ergonomic solutions to make my workday more comfortable and productive, as someone who spends a lot of time working from home. Unfortunately, my time spent at the store was ultimately underwhelming. To begin with, I had a hard time navigating their website and locating the items I needed. Their vast catalog didn't live up to the hype, however, as many of the items were either sold out or not available for purchase. Unfortunately, the things I ordered were of poor quality when they finally arrived after many failed attempts. My desk organizer broke after only a few days of use, and the ergonomic chair I got was flimsy and unpleasant. Worse yet, I found customer support to be unhelpful and dismissive when I tried to voice my dissatisfaction and initiate a refund. After weeks of back-and-forth, we ultimately reached an agreement, but the whole ordeal left me feeling unsatisfied and disappointed. While I find the concept of the BRILA online store enticing, my actual experience with them has been anything but. I wouldn't suggest this store to anyone trying to enhance their working environment because of the disorganized website, low-quality products, and useless customer support.
