EDIT: I contacted the company and they promised to send me a new toothbrush so I am very happy, since i really liked the toothbrush while it worked. It actually whitened my teeth and I had poor oral hygiene for years so that's saying something lol. ORIGINAL: The cleaning mechanism of the toothbrush lid broke after two days. Even when he was working, he didn't dry the toothbrush - in fact, the toothbrush is always wet in the morning when I go to brush my teeth in the evening, even though it's in the case on the stand. The toothbrush won't charge after 5 weeks and there is no access to the batteries (or the instructions are clear on how to charge them so I tried charging them with a case).
