I bought this crinoline to wear under my Victorian Halloween costume this year and it was perfect! I'm 5ft 0 and it was the perfect length and fullness. My skirt could actually use a 6 hoop crinoline if needed, but I'll actually pull the skirt and crinoline back and make a fuss of it. Even pulled back the length was great and the crinoline wasn't showing. It turns inside out when it arrives, so make sure you turn it right side out and fluff up the crinoline. I am very happy with this purchase!
