Please contact me for information on headlight assemblies

I was very happy when I received them and they look amazing on my truck but for some reason the lower passenger side headlight keeps popping out I know not why this happens. I wouldn't mind giving them a reason to doubt that this is just a defect. I would be grateful if someone could contact me regarding this. Also, my old headlights were way brighter than these and that doesn't make any sense either. .So if anyone could contact me regarding this I would be happy to change my rating to all 5.
