I really like these pants. I have had Xelement products before and this is their usual quality. If you want a seam at the bottom of the legs, you must sew it yourself or order it from a tailor. Perfect for me because I don't like it when my pants are too short or too long. However six feet tall so I can wear them as received if I decide not to do them. I usually wear a size 34 in jeans. I ordered a 36 so I could wear a layer of jogging bottoms underneath if I wanted. I could go either way, but I know I can always use braces if they tend to sag a bit. With the belt, however, they are fine. I would definitely order them again or recommend them to other people I know.
