I like how easy it is to use, it's not too complicated and I can get a lot done in a short amount of time. Some of the features are a bit hard to figure out at first but once you know what they do, they're very useful. The biggest benefit is that I can manage my social media accounts from one place. I also love that I can see all my stats right there so I don't have to look them up elsewhere. There isn't anything I dislike about this software. It does everything I need it to do. I can easily post to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google+. I can even schedule posts for later dates. I've been able to increase my reach by posting more often and getting people to engage with my brand. I'm also able to monitor my performance and see where I'm doing well compared to my competitors.
