Had a few problems with laptops
My first problem was that they only sent me half the charging cable. I had to call and ask for the rest. You were very kind in sending him over for the night. My second problem was that I connected it to my printer, it worked for about 3 days and then stopped. My settings say it's saved to Chromebook but not printed. I've tried deleting and re-adding it and it won't let me. Since these are HP products, I don't understand the problem.
