I found it too big and uncomfortable for my small hands (it's a full inch longer than my thumb). I only use it on clients when it's upside down (thumbs up). I use it in the standard nursing position on my legs but never on my clients as the ulna deflection required to apply a lot of pressure is not conducive to wrist health.
