Excellent customer service! Good product!

This is a nice wallet, maybe not as thin as I was hoping. It's still growing on me. Honestly, there's nothing wrong with that, although personally I don't mind the variety inside when you open it, maybe the colored interior. I'll be back after using it for a long time, but will try it first. Front pockets could be more convenient. Ok so I gave it a try, I added some conditioner when I noticed the bag was really dry but after a bit of love it has acquired a nice patina. I didn't grab it tightly, but now I use every slot. My only complaint is that it could perhaps be a bit wider to accommodate cash. Cash doesn't fit comfortably. (it doesn't really matter to be honest as I hardly have any cash on me) but if you consider it a gift and they use a lot of cash it can be annoying. I love this durable wallet and it rivals the Bellroy wallet. Update *after 1 year* I am deducting stars now as the seams have unraveled and I no longer trust the placement of cards in this section. I carry a total of 8 maps and occasionally a few extra thin paper maps of local places. I will contact support first. I really liked this wallet, I would even treat the leather a bit so it doesn't dry out. From 5* to 4* as I really liked this item. Update* gave me a new wallet and is covered under warranty such great service would highly recommend the product. If this wallet somehow breaks again, I'll be happy to buy and work for this company. They really support the product. The only thing I can suggest to make it more durable is maybe double stitching in some places.

Pros
  • LUXURY LEATHER, AFFORDABLE, STYLISH AND FUNCTIONAL: Crafted from genuine aged leather, each wallet is truly unique and will take on a natural character over time. You will enjoy the feel of this leather for years.
Cons
  • I vaguely remember
