New version of the recalled Maxi-Cosi Pria 85.

was damaged I think this is basically a replacement for the Maxi-Cosi of the recalled Maxi-Cosi Pria 85 Max. This new version is under the 85 pounds, for which the Pria 85 was originally designed. Maximum weight in this car seat is 65 pounds in a forward-facing configuration. But like the Pria 85 Max, this car seat is capable of accommodating babies weighing as little as 4 pounds. Children weighing up to 65 pounds are allowed to be transported, but the possibility of head injuries in children weighing over 65 pounds led to a recall. Like the Pria 85, this is a premium child seat. Okay, right off the bat it's still an incredibly spacious car. Seat designed for weights from 4 to 65 pounds. This seat has a few notable features aside from the rather rough build quality. On the one hand, the straps can be adjusted upwards with one hand without rethreading. Second, the coating material is easy to remove. and can be washed. This is certainly not a luxury but a necessity when making a car seat in a color called midnight black. to the side when placing the child in the seat. This is a good idea but requires the seat belt to be buckled before your child gets in, which is not an easy habit for you or your child. Fourth, there is a WIDE weight range that this seat can accommodate. The rear-facing seat allows you to increase the weight from 4 to 22 pounds. If you prefer, you can place the seat in the forward-facing position if your child is 22 to 40 pounds, although you must use the #2 reclined position. Between 40 and 65 pounds you will need to move the seat forward and use the reclined position. 1. The Maxi-Cosi Pria Sport version of this seat (not Max) starts at a minimum of 14 pounds and costs about $10 less than this model. The Maxi-Cosi Pria Max 3-in-1 costs $350 and includes a booster seat that allows you to continue using the seat from 65 pounds to 100 pounds. It also has two cup holders, but is otherwise similar to this model in build quality and features.
