The light ended up working, hence 5 stars.
I originally said the light doesn't work after charging overnight. The home charger didn't charge the light but I tried the car charger and it charged the light. Really worked for me upon delivery. So 1 star for home charger, 5 stars for car charger and light bar. No refund or extra light required. My apologies for the original post and I'm not going back to clarify if the light ended up working.
