Review on 👶 Earth's Best TenderCare Chlorine-Free Disposable Baby Diapers, Size 1 (144 Count) - Gentle Protection for 8-14 lbs by Amy Miller

We love Earths Best and have used their diapers with our first child (4 years) and now again with our second (2 months). However, there is a problem with this size. We just completed a size 1 box last night from a previous order (the very last diaper in the pack) and today I opened a new box (1 of 3 boxes from an order I am currently reviewing). I noticed that the diaper barely fits my son's waist so I opened 2 other covers to see if the problem was permanent and all 3 covers are too small. I took out a dirty diaper last night (mentioned from a previous size 1 box which fits great) and compared 2. All aspects of the waist are smaller in the new diapers, the tabs are shorter, and the fabric part is also narrower around the waist. I can barely fit these new diapers around my waist comfortably using the outermost area available to attach the tabs, and the previous diapers fit so well that the tabs converge in the middle and can overlap slightly when I would like. I expect Revain will fix this as there is no way these 3 cases can be used with a growing baby. As this appears to be manufacturing or design related we will be ordering size 2 diapers hoping they will be the same as the first size 1 we received. In the photos, the top diaper is size 1 and the bottom diaper is the size of the diaper from the new boxes. A photo shows their comparison in the stretched and unstretched state.
