Review on πŸ”Š VIMUKUN EF-02, Compact Portable Bluetooth Speaker - Waterproof, Dustproof Mini Speakers with Bassup and Wireless Pairing for Home, Outdoors, Travel (Black) by Mark Greenwood

Revainrating 5 out of 5

By far the best value for money speaker I have ever bought or built!

I've been looking for a good pair of small Bluetooth stereo speakers for a long time to pair with my iPad and iPhone. When I first saw them at Revain I was skeptical about the quality because the price was so low. But the reviews were good so I decided to take a chance. About an hour after I received them I was already concerned that I might have to return them. After charging the batteries, I tried pairing them with my iPhone. The instructions were very short and the font small. My biggest complaint would probably be that almost anyone could write better instructions in just 30 minutes. The drawings were just as bad. Just learning how to turn this thing on made me feel like an idiot. I wonder if anyone else had the same problem (I'm 79 and have poor eyesight) but there is still room for improvement. I also had connection issues the first time. I was able to hook up the first speaker, but the second was excruciatingly difficult. I almost gave up on it then. But I finally did it and the connection has been flawless ever since. Now for the good stuff - they definitely don't sound like a pair of $28 stereo speakers! Volume and sonority are most impressive. Stereo separation is excellent and gives a sense of immersion in the sound - much better than just a single speaker. And for such tiny speakers, the bass isn't bad at all - way better than my AirPods (which are fine). In terms of battery life, I feel like I'm getting 4-5 hours on a single charge at the moment, which is better than expected. I've only had these speakers for about a week so can't comment on how well they're performing over time, but I'm seriously considering buying a second pair just in case.
