This product is good because it can be controlled. You can put it on and walk around with it in your arms. Although it's used for both hot and cold, I only used it for cold. It's small enough to put anything in the freezer. However, I couldn't find any replacement packs for them, so as far as I know you'll have to buy a brand new one if they're damaged.
- The gel pack can be used as heat or cold therapy and is extremely pliable for maximum surface coverage.
