The remote control no longer works.
The remote control has stopped working which is a critical component as we can't get to the sign without a ladder. I thought it might be that the battery is dead. I took the remote to Batteries Plus and they checked it out, unfortunately the battery was fine so I couldn't just replace it. We contacted the company a few days ago hoping to buy another remote or ask them to send us a new one, but we haven't received a response yet.
