When I received this bag the zipper was difficult to open/close at first so I was willing to write a negative review until I fix it For all, if you have zip issues, make sure the fabric is flat on the inside so you have to slide it down and away from the zip (sometimes it gets unwieldy), but once you've done that you shouldn't have any more zip issues and it will let opens and closes easily That was my only issue (love this bag), it looks exactly like it does online and feels like it's made of great material so it doesn't look cheap and it's a good size.
