The package came in a box and in bubble wrap. It contains all the tools except cleaning cloths for the digitizer. I didn't think I would need this as most screens come with a plastic protector. In front was one, behind was none. I searched and looked around to see if there was a protector, but I couldn't identify it. I noticed small debris and tried wiping it off with a micro cloth and it looked clean. After installing and removing the front protective film, it became apparent that scratches were visible on the back of the digitizer. I also noticed a lot of dust when taking pictures with the flash. There are still a lot of micro-scratches on the digitizer that the camera doesn't catch and doesn't show when the iPad is turned on. But when it's dark you can definitely see them all. There was a protective glass in the box, but no wipes.
