Not easy at all at Home Decor Items
I had to go to my hardware store to find out why I couldn't properly use the tools that were in the box like screws and whatnot. . It really depends on what kind of wall you have. I was able to borrow a drill, but it still doesn't work. I even got new screws. Therefore, the one who makes it has no idea how to advise the buyer on how to use it. I even emailed support and they took my info but completely ignored my request.
