Bought 2 of these for grandchildren. One stopped working after a few weeks. Another's CD player stopped working 18 months after he started using it. I paid for the extended warranty. This is a very disappointing experience. Seriously looks like they are intentionally making it hard to get you to give up and drop the claim. Things like offering to log out and back in to "reset" the item's category (because their dropdown list didn't have the exact category) and suddenly my password doesn't work. Set the password again three times. The same thing. My computer saves the password automatically, so not once was it an incorrect password, either manually (carefully) or automatically.
