This is a great case if you don't have a tempered glass screen protector. If you do, you'll soon find that installing a case kills your screen protector almost instantly. A very snug fit that would otherwise be great, lifts the screen protector up when the case is in place. It also (if you're lucky enough to install it without damaging the screen protector) lifts the screen protector every time you use the kickstand, which is quite difficult to open when that case is in place. I love how it protects my Surface Pro 3 including the cover. I think that's a nice case. A few modifications to the case allowed me to install it along with the protective glass. So far, due to the mod, I've been able to prevent the case from lifting the screen protector when using the kickstand. I haven't tested how hard this is as I don't plan on throwing away my Surface Pro 3, but I think if I do I'll have the protection I've come to expect from Otterbox.
