I was SUPER excited to get this bag after spending hours looking for one I thought I would like. It was left on my porch, not under a canopy where there is a bench where any sane person would have left it, but right outside my door where it was raining. In the 15 minutes it took me to receive the package, the box was damp. It's not the seller's fault, although I was still optimistic. When I took the bag out I was shocked to see that it is much smaller than it appears on the reviews/photos. I mean he's so tiny. I can't even fit 3 pull ups, half a pack of tissues and my wallet in it all at once which was my goal as a mom and baby when I bought it. I have no idea what the side pockets are for because they definitely won't fit a water bottle or anything that size. When I move forward the zipper is very difficult to zip back and forth and I also have a broken zipper on one of my straps! This is the worst purchase I've made in a long time. Luckily I got it on sale but now they want to charge me an extra $6 to return it! The?! I ran out of money and I still don't have my bag. Very disappointed!
