I love ruffle butts! Good quality and beautiful clothes.
My daughter is now in between sizes and these fit her well. I'd say they're 24 months little but definitely bigger than 18. I love the quality of the Rufflebutts and it's so handy to have on Revine. I will still buy 100%.
