Review on 🌹 Boriyuan iPad Keyboard Case: 7-Color Backlit Detachable Wireless Keyboard Smart Cover - Rose Red - iPad Air 2019/ iPad Pro 10.5 inch by Jacob Richmond

I read reviews of the case and it looked great. The case fits and looks good, but I can't connect the keyboard to my iPad via bluetooth. I've tried some basic troubleshooting and no luck. I've been very busy with work and haven't had a chance to sit down and figure out what's wrong with the case and the return window on this product is closed. I hope the one star rating encourages the manufacturer to replace it. Otherwise it remains a piece as it doesn't do what I bought it for and I can't seem to be able to exchange it for a working product or get a refund. Update: I forgot to mention in the original post that it's almost impossible to get a lightning cable to connect to an iPad while it's in a case. I had to take it out of the case to charge it. I'm starting to think that all the positive reviews on this product are fake.
