The system I purchased was used and the condition is listed as new. This was certainly an accurate description as the game looks like it was never played. As for the system itself, it's great! I think the Wii system will remain unused alongside him other than video streaming. This is my only complaint; You have to pay to stream movies and TV shows on Xbox 360. There is a monthly fee for something called "Xbox Gold". For real? I think they should call it "Xbox Ripoff". So the Wii gets a reprieve and stays in the living room as a movie streaming device. The system came with a 3 month Xbox Gold membership which I think should be free anyway. I haven't played the associated games yet. I was having so much fun with Zumba Core for Xbox Kinect that I didn't have time. Well I'm going to a Zumba Core Xbox class!
