They look like quality products. They have a certain weight, which is nice and makes them feel more premium. The skin is soft but not loose. I use it to hold a gel pen on my notepad and it doesn't slide around much but easily fits a thicker pen. I like gold and brown more than silver and black so I wish they would offer different sets rather than a mix. They also serve as toys for cats. My cats chew on them like crazy and I have to push them away regularly to keep them from completely ruining them. This was exactly what I was looking for, I had to learn a bit to figure out how to make them work best for my journal and sometimes I still mess up the page if I'm not careful, but overall I love these things and will definitely buy them more in the future (once my cats have completely destroyed them)!
