This video light is very easy to use - just place it on the magnetic stand, connect the USB cable to your computer and you're ready to go. It can stand alone or hang over the edge of the monitor and rotate 360 degrees, allowing it to emit light at any angle you want. I was surprised how bright the light is at the highest settings, I can't imagine video conferencing conditions. This guarantees plenty of lumens, but found this level useful when I want to capture still images without shadows appearing on the subject. I've attached a short video where I first change the brightness from the lowest to the highest level, then change the color temperature from 3200K soft white to 6500K daylight. Again, the device couldn't be easier to use and it's nice to have a product that can put out so much light without getting hot - it stays completely cold. I'm glad I ordered this video light and will use it often.
