Review on πŸ”Œ Logitech F710 Wireless Gamepad - 2.4 GHz with USB Nano-Receiver, Dual Vibration Feedback, D-Pad Switches, Compatible with PC - Grey/Black by Adisorn Sarakari ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

A valuable purchase, some advantages!

1. Ergonomics is simply excellent, it lies very comfortably in the hand, and the rubberized surface does not allow the unit to slip out of the hands at a crucial moment. 2. A miniature receiver-receiver is convenient if you are annoyed by something long sticking out of the laptop's USB socket and you are afraid to break it, unsuccessfully hitting it. Plus, it comes with an extension cord, in case the signal is weak behind the System Unit. 3. Wireless connection is debatable for some, since you need to periodically charge the batteries, but one thing can be said - the batteries will last a long time, and the wires will not interfere either! 4. Undoubtedly, it is more convenient for someone to play on a cross, and for someone on a stick, so the developers were not too lazy to put a switch. 5. We were also not too lazy to put a switch between DirectInput modes (mainly for old games) and XInput (for games with XBox controller support), which is also very convenient - you don't need to install various emulators. 6. Vibration feedback, which can be turned off, also adds a plus to this device. As for the cons, I think it would be possible to copy-paste the idea from the PS-pad, and make it based on bluetooth. It’s also a pity that there is no charge indicator and a battery with a detachable cable, which would undoubtedly make this gamepad absolutely perfect in my eyes. Sometimes the wireless connection falls off if there are other sources based on 2.4 GHz frequencies nearby. If this happens, then reconnect as follows: a) Disconnect the receiver; b) Remove one battery; c) Connect the receiver; d) Insert the battery within 30 seconds.

Pros
  • Ergonomics. Without wires. PS3 advanced design Switch between D-pad and left trigger (Mode button) Switchable vibration feedback Switching between DirectInput / XInput modes Rubberized surface. compact receiver.
Cons
  • Powered by AA batteries (purely personal) No plug-in charging cable. Radio, not Bluetooth connection. Connection drops with other 2.4GHz signals

For FIFA look for something else, for racing buy a steering wheel
