The team at morsecode has been responsive in developing our strategy from concept through launch. They are flexible about adjusting processes when needed (which means you're not locked into something) - but also committed! I would like more opportunities before hiring them as opposed of just having one big bang project with large upfront fee paid. Our main concern was getting an app out there quickly without losing focus or direction. Once we had this working they helped us develop a plan around what's next so it didn't feel rushed afterwards which kept customer satisfaction high throughout their engagement.
