I've had this product for about a week and overall I really like it. The inside is easy to wash and I especially like the longer strap to keep my hands free when going to the office. Two things I don't really like: I take a 32-ounce bottle of Nalgene to work, and while it stays in the elasticated side pocket, I have to move things around in my bag to make sure it fits. I wish the bag was a bit wider and taller. The zipper is also unusually long, running the length of the body of the bag. This makes it difficult to put things in the side pockets and very difficult to open them with one hand.
