Keeps baby clean but not waterproof

Product covers everything well to keep my baby clean. However, she spits out water when she drinks, so even though we put another bib on top, she still gets wet quite often. This bib is NOT waterproof. It also gets dirty very easily and stains seem impossible to remove. I usually have to put on a second bib to keep the bib from getting too dirty and my baby getting wet.
