Review on Velleman DVM6013 Digital Capacitance Display by Vic Alexander

Velleman make great things and for the price it's great but the one I got from the Revain salesman not from me Revain , was complete rubbish and didn't work at all, the seller claimed it worked, i received it without the good plastic protection you always find with new things, the dough was already set and not in a plastic wrap. It was dusty and didn't work at all. It looks like it was sold before I received it, was damaged and sent back and the seller just resold it to me hoping I wouldn't complain. The seller was really reluctant to get my money back. He also tried to pretend that I was the problem and didn't want to work. I called him and initially didn't want to return the money, but after I asked Revine for a refund, they pushed him to give me a refund. It was such a hassle, now I don't buy as much from Revain. I had such a horrible experience. Yes, I got my money, but I had to fight for it. I have many Velleman items and I really like them, they are not expensive and work well for the price of "good quality" not cheap junk.
