This is a fairly simple design and works just like any other Moka pot. Aesthetically it is A+. The only complaint I have is the terrible threads on the device. The threads on the bialetti work easily, they are smooth and no effort is required. The threads on it require a bit of work and are very coarse. This resulted in the first applications not working properly because the pressure was not correct. Bialetti was never a problem. Maybe it has something to do with stainless steel and aluminum, but I don't know. Once you understand this, everything will work as expected.
