Edit: This item needs an immediate recall. Obvious security issues with the mount. Although the mirror was expertly fitted and all instructions were followed to the letter, the mounting hardware provided is neither reliable nor large enough for the size of the mirror. Looking back, the included wall hanger is a joke! About a month after the professional installation, the entire mirror fell down with a bang and got stuck between the fitting and the wall. Luckily it didn't break into a million pieces, but not every case can be so successful (see attached photo). I hope that the product will be withdrawn or a sufficient solution will be provided to make it safe and reliable. I hope someone at Revain notices this and asks for more information and a quick fix. Original post: While a plug is a convenient way to connect a mirror, you'll need a professional to connect it for a cleaner look. We have just started using this mirror and will be updating it in about a month. Otherwise this is a good product so far.
