Super soft circles on cotton pads and circles

These are good quality cotton circles. They are very soft but don't tear easily which I think is perfect for most people. I use it to apply toner to my face and prefer a slightly grainy texture for the scrub. They don't, but they are very soft and feel good on my face. If that's what you're looking for, you'll be happy.
