Yes it's good for PC gaming
Bought for use with Samsung Galaxy Book Pro it's great for gaming it's not just a Mac device. Just make sure you have a good Thunderbolt 4 cable connection to get the best performance. The Galaxy Book Pro also uses a Thunderbolt 4 connector for power, so you only need one cable and the eGPU will power the laptop (as long as it's using a connector). for both.) I docked 1 star due to lack of I/O on the eGPU.
