Lost a screw now I'm at a dead end

This product works great so why two stars? 1 for each screw. They give you two screws and if you lose one, good luck. I ordered packs of 4m Smallrig hex bolts and they were all the wrong length. Extra screws is what a good company does. So let's look to the future. love your products
