It's medium sized but cute
So it could be softer but I think after wear and a few washes it will be ok. The only drawback is the pillowcase. I bought a baby pillow and thought this pillowcase would be a baby pillowcase. Not correct. This is for a regular sized pillow lol. So if you have a normal smaller pillow, there is no need to buy a baby pillow!
