As someone with combination/dry skin who cleanses twice in the shower, I was looking for a hydrating toner for my skin to help hydrate it. When I saw that this particular product was being promoted by skincare YouTuber James Welsh, I decided to give it a try. Without a doubt, this is one of my favorite products. It's like very oily, thick, heavy water when it hits your skin. This toner is incredibly moisturizing yet very gentle on the skin. It really adds the hydration and fullness I was looking for in a toner and just made my skincare routine better. I cannot recommend this product enough!
