Lasts longer than it used to. For the first few uses, the mirror worked great and didn't fog up the entire length of the shower. However, it seems that within 7-10 days, the mirror started to fog up within a minute after taking a shower. Despite the instructions not to get the mirror too wet, you can splash water on the mirror to clean it again (there is no other way if you need to use it!). This takes about another minute. use. It's enough for me to finish my shave, but it's still uncomfortable. I expect this "rapid fogging" to appear after maybe 3-4 months but not within the first month of use. That's why "Resistance" is rated with 3 stars. The mirror itself is strong and I can't imagine it breaking anytime soon. A few caveats: 1) My shower is quite small, so it's hard to avoid water splashing on the mirror. It may have gotten wetter than it should be and that washed away the anti-fog coating. However, a week seems too fast. 2) It is now winter, which means cooler temperatures and hotter water, and thus more vapor is being produced. I didn't expect this to be a problem (and maybe it isn't). Summary: Overall I'm disappointed that the mirror didn't last longer and to get full anti-fog protection I now have to buy some sort of spray (or a new mirror). However, I can still use the mirror for its potential usefulness.
