At first I was a little disappointed that the fleece wasn't very thick for the cold temperatures outside. However, I recently had back surgery and put it on as soon as I got it. I wear it indoors every day and it has helped keep my sore neck warm and relaxed. It keeps my muscles from tensing up but not too hot. I liked it so much that I immediately ordered a second one. It is well made, easy to put on the head, not tight on the neck. I'm so glad I bought this.
