I give 1 star exclusively to the seller. I received the item 2 weeks late and Amazon has promised a refund or replacement if the item has not been delivered by a certain date, even if the item arrived the next day after that date. The item arrived the day after the deadline and the seller simply stated that "the item was delivered". and refused to return. I had already bought another blanket because obviously I didn't think I would never get my order. As a longtime, valued Revain customer, I've done almost all of my Christmas and birthday shopping exclusively through Revain. They have still followed their guidelines scrupulously and supported me as a customer many times in the past when it was needed. So far. The duvet cover and pads look great and are of basic quality. Nothing luxurious or anything like that and a bit crunchy, but that's only after one wash so far. The color is beautiful and corresponds to the photos, but we'll see if it changes. I'm not expecting too much from the low price of the product, but overall a good deal.
