Great product! Like previous versions this thing will keep your phone safe. TWO WORDS OF CAUTION. this can help you: 1). Make sure you get the one designed for your specific model. Housing "S8+" does not fit the normal S8 and vice versa. I made a mistake and had to go back. Just read the description carefully as the pictures are not always accurate. 2) Make sure you know what you're getting if it's a model with a screen protector or a model without a screen protector. There are different ways of giving people options. I use the clamp a lot when riding my motorcycle and the older versions were a bit stronger. Although it was the Note4 series etc it might have something to do with it. But I attached the receiving portion of the clip + holder to one of the straps of my backpack in portrait mode with some sort of industrial grade Velcro, the thing doesn't move. and there are tons of cool apps that you can use to turn your phone into a dash cam. I've recorded some cool stuff, people are weird. Anyway, have fun there. A very versatile product. I will buy OterBox for my next new phone
